*IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO MY SHOP POLICIES/SHIPPING & RETURN/REFUND POLICY*

1. If you purchase a custom piece and do not specify what you’d like in the notes box @ checkout, I will send an email to get in touch and we can discuss what you’d like! IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE, IT IS A MAKERS CHOICE ITEM. 

2. *READ MY SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY*

Once you’ve purchased there is NO RETURN and a NO REFUND policy, if your package is damaged or something happened during delivery from USPS I will do everything in my power to resolve the situation and/or remake your item, however once the package goes to USPS, it is out of my hands. *IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE PROOF OF A DAMAGED PIECE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY DATE OF YOUR ITEM, I WILL NOT REMAKE IT* 

*NOTE* Everything I make is one of a kind, so if your piece is damaged and if I remake the piece it will NOT be identical.

3. If there is somehow a mixup on your order, please send me a personal email at [email protected] and I will fulfill your order to the best of my ability. (make/remake product as needed to fulfill the order) 

4. I do not take payment plans or holds on any items.
