Once you’ve purchased there is NO RETURN and a NO REFUND policy, if your package is damaged or something happened during delivery from USPS I will do everything in my power to resolve the situation and/or remake your item (every item is completely unique, so if something happens to your item I will remake your item to the best of my ability but it will not be an exact copy) however, once the package goes to USPS, it is out of my hands. *IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE PROOF OF A DAMAGED PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE DELIVERY DATE OF YOUR ITEM, I WILL NOT REMAKE IT* 

*NOTE* Handpainted items are extremely unique & FRAGILE. Every handpainted item is due to have natural imperfections.
